Where every account stands, without asking anyone.
Hub reads the leads, estimates, jobs and revenue the reporting platform already produces, and sets them beside the things reporting has never held: who owns the account, what we promised them, and what has slipped.

What it is for
Five questions, and every screen answers one
If a screen does not answer one of these, it does not get built.
Is this client healthy?
One risk score per account, banded On Track, Warning or High Risk, with the fields that moved it listed underneath. The score runs backwards — higher is worse — so the band is what you quote, not the number.
What changed since I last looked?
A timeline you can only add to. A correction is a new entry and the original stays where it was, so nobody discovers mid-QBR that the history has been tidied up.
Is anything falling through?
Commitments in both directions — ours to them, theirs to us — each carrying the date it was given. The overdue count sits in the account header, before you have scrolled anywhere.
What do I do today?
A day that carries forward. Work you did not get to keeps the date it was first planned for, so a task that has slipped four times looks like a task that has slipped four times.
What should leadership worry about?
At-risk revenue across the book, built from the same rows the AM is reading. The roll-up and the account page cannot disagree, because there is only one of them.
How it behaves
Three rules we did not bend
Each one cost something to keep. They are why a number here can be read out in a client meeting.
A number nobody can date is a number nobody can act on
Every panel carries the time it last synced. A stale one says so, rather than showing you an old figure with a straight face.
Reporting owns the numbers, and keeps owning them
Leads, estimates, jobs and revenue are read from the reporting platform and never redefined here. A wrong number is wrong in reporting, and that is where it gets fixed.
AI suggests. A person accepts
Meeting notes and call transcripts come back as suggested action items. None of them reaches an account until somebody has read it and said yes.
