1.Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Automate Grow Sell LLC, d/b/a Dunzo (“Dunzo,” “we,” “us”) handles information in Dunzo Hub, our internal operating platform, described in our Terms of Use. It covers two groups of people: the Dunzo staff and contractors who use Hub, and the client businesses whose records Hub holds.
2.Information We Collect
Hub holds three kinds of information:
- About you, as a user: your name, work email address, role, which accounts you are assigned to, and the working time zone you set.
- About your activity: the records you open and change, and the notes, commitments and updates you write. Hub keeps an audit record of writes.
- About client accounts: business and contact details, account history, commitments, health assessments, and lead, estimate, job and revenue figures read from Dunzo Reporting. Where a client's own tools are connected — a CRM, a project tracker, a meeting recorder — Hub reads the fields those tools expose to us and no more.
3.How We Use It
We use the information above to:
- Show each person the accounts they are responsible for, and keep them out of the ones they are not.
- Work out an account's health band and show what moved it.
- Keep track of what was promised, by whom, and by when.
- Answer the question “who changed this, and when” when something looks wrong.
- Improve how Hub works.
4.Monitoring, Honestly Stated
Hub records who did what, and that record is readable by the people who administer the Platform. This is how a mistaken write gets traced and undone, and how we can answer a client asking who saw their information.
It is not there to measure how hard anyone is working, and it is not used that way. We are saying it plainly because a log nobody was told about is worse than the log itself.
5.Sharing
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share client information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
We share information with the service providers that run Hub — hosting, the database, and the integrations a client has asked us to connect — solely so those services can do their job, and under confidentiality obligations. We also share information where the law requires it.
6.Data Retention
Account records are kept for as long as the client is with Dunzo, and afterwards for as long as we need them for legal, tax or contractual record-keeping. Your own user record is removed when your access ends, though entries you wrote on an account stay on that account, because removing them would leave a history that is missing pieces.
7.Your Choices and Rights
- Ask what Hub holds about you, or ask for it to be corrected, by emailing hello@godunzo.com.
- Correct something you wrote by adding a correcting entry. The original stays visible, which is deliberate.
- Raise a concern about how information is being used, to the same address. You will get an answer from a person.
If you are a client of Dunzo and want to know what we hold about your business, ask your account manager or write to us at the address below.
8.Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information in Hub, and access is limited to the people whose work requires it. We do not describe those controls in detail here, for the same reason we would not publish a floor plan of the office safe.
If you think an account has been misused, or information has gone somewhere it should not have, tell us immediately using the details below. Report it even if you are not sure, and even if it was your own mistake.
