1.About Dunzo Hub
Dunzo Hub (“Hub,” “the Platform”) is an internal operating platform run by Automate Grow Sell LLC, d/b/a Dunzo (“Dunzo,” “we,” “us”). It brings together account health, account history, commitments and day-to-day work for the people at Dunzo who look after clients. Hub is for Dunzo staff and authorised contractors. It is not a client-facing product, and nothing in it is published to clients.
Hub reads its lead, estimate, job and revenue figures from Dunzo Reporting, which remains the system of record for those numbers. Hub never redefines them. Where a figure looks wrong in Hub, it is wrong in Reporting, and Reporting is where it is corrected.
2.Who May Use Hub
Access is issued to a named individual and is not transferable. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so:
- Do not share your sign-in with anyone, including a colleague who is waiting on something from you.
- Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has used your account, or if a device with an open session is lost.
- Access ends when your engagement with Dunzo ends, whether or not anyone has asked you to stop using it.
3.Acceptable Use
What you can see in Hub is commercially sensitive information about real businesses that trust us with it. Treat it that way.
- Use Hub only for Dunzo work. Curiosity about an account you have no reason to open is not Dunzo work.
- Do not export, copy, screenshot or forward client information out of Hub except where the work genuinely requires it — and then only to the person who needs it.
- Do not feed client information into an outside AI tool, spreadsheet service or note-taking app that Dunzo has not approved.
- Do not attempt to reach parts of the Platform, or records of clients, that your access does not already open.
4.What You Write In Hub
Notes, commitments and updates you record in Hub are business records of Dunzo, not personal notes. They can be read by colleagues whose access covers that account, and they may be referred to later — in a review, a handover, or a conversation with the client.
Hub's account timeline is append-only. A correction is recorded as a new entry alongside the original rather than replacing it, so history is not quietly rewritten. Write accordingly.
5.AI-Assisted Features
Some parts of Hub turn meeting notes and call transcripts into suggested action items and summaries. A suggestion is not a record until a person has read it and accepted it.
You are responsible for what you accept. Check a suggestion against what was actually said before it goes onto an account, particularly where it names a date, an amount or a commitment to the client.
6.Availability and Changes
Hub is an internal tool under active development. Screens change, and occasionally they change without notice. We may add, alter or withdraw parts of the Platform, and we may take it down for maintenance.
Hub is not a backup. Anything that has to survive independently of the Platform — a contract, a signed agreement, an invoice — belongs in the system that owns it.

8.Privacy
How Hub handles information about you, and about the clients whose records it holds, is set out in our Privacy Policy. Client information in Hub is not sold, and is not shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
9.Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use as Hub changes. The date at the top of this page is the date of the current version, and continued use of the Platform after a change is posted means you accept the updated terms.
